Since we believe that technical competence and efficient organization are inseparable from one another, one of our project managers acts as your dedicated contact - from start to finish. This policy has enabled Cavität to become a fixture in the areas of tool development, construction, and procurement - namely in the automobile industry - and that within three years of its creation. In the year 2000, we decided to start a tool manufacturing division of our own. From the start, we consistently relied on cutting-edge manufacturing technology, such as HSC milling, palettization, and automation systems. In summer 2004, the development and tool construction divisions were moved to the new location in Hörden, where Cavität is capable of producing anything ranging from standard to new and even milestone products thanks to its high tech machinery and the very latest CAD-systems. Today, some 20 highly motivated and committed specialists are working on your prototype and serial tools, producing an annual turnover of approx. 3 million Euros.
